I have been taking my dog and a cat to Dr. Bach for a couple of years. I believe they give good care, and I have never had an issue with anyone's attitude or compassion - the staff and Dr. Bach have always been very friendly and do a good job of explaining treatments. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is that they are quite expensive. I rarely leave the office without a bill for between $200-$400. I think a lot of that typically is medication cost - they don't give prescriptions to fill elsewhere - they dispense everything in house. For what I've seen when shopping around, they don't seem to overcharge for the medicines - they just tend to be very expensive medicines.
Little pricey but excellent pet care
Dr. Bach and his staff are the best! He has done everything for our two labs from simple check-ups to removing a massive spleen tumor. He is very upfront and honest about the possible outcomes and costs of any procedure. One of our dogs is not the easiest patient and they have dealt with her with a smile on their faces each time. The best part about them is that they actually take the time to know your fur-family, this is something you don't get with large vet clinics.
My cat got into a fight and they were able to get me an appointment right away. We were treated like friends even though it was our first time there. My cat and his injuries were well taken care of and we would highly recommend.
I have been taking my dog here for over a year now and my new little one. They are wonderful and honest about the care they provide.
