The estimator shows up as promised, the quote is promptly delivered as promised, the deposit receipt is promptly delivered, the work crew date is scheduled as promised (with customer notification by text message and email), the work crew shows up on the date scheduled as promised, the paid in full receipt is promptly delivered. Very pleased with the quality of work but it's the responsive service that really sets NGM Exterior House Mechanics apart from all competition.

Right from the onset, Larry Banks owner, was an ally. He met with my adjuster, submitted necessary docs for the approval of my claim to my insurance company. He is extremely professional. When it came time for his crew to replace the roof, they were all very professional and considerate.
