Madison was our host. Greeted us with a smile and seated us right away and because they were very busy that night got our drinks.
This is the 3rd time I've came here in the past 2 months. Every single time has been horrible. Not to mention my last two meals were free due to the poor service. I used to love this place. Every since they started hiring all these young kids its like walking into a daycare. Today we came in, were seated and sat for 15mins with no drinks and not one person even acknowledged we were there. I actually had to go up front and ask for drinks!! Finally we got drinks, ordered and got our food from our server, who was also the dinning room leader. We saw her 1 time and that was it. The food is great. But we ate the rest of our meal without drinks and without anyone asking if we were okay. I will go to Ft. Wrights Frisch's from now on.
The waitress went to get our order... A phone call.. something came up, we had to rush out the door, and Angie our waitress very politely assisted getting our order to go. Good evening staff. Food good too.
Food was consistent with other Frisch's restaurants and served in short order. The waiter was pleasant and checked on us the proper amount but not to much.
Bad service!!! Employees are young and like to stand around and talk. 6 tables needed cleaned off. Fries were way over salted!!! Not edible :(
Used to enjoy this location for its great service, good food, and attention to detail. Entire service staff had changed with the change in management and on both accounts this Frisch's has gone downhill. Today I experienced a filthy restaurant, disgusting salad bar conditions and was horrified as I witnessed the gal sitting people and tending the till continuously wiping her runny nose with her hand then touching everything in sight!! Someone needs to train these kids in good customer service and restaurant etiquette.
