This location has never had a succesful delivery. The drivers lie that packages are delivered and then you have to call up FedEx customer service every time and the package mysteriously arrives a week later. This is not an exaggeration. 5 deliveries in 3 weeks this has happened. This branch is a Disaster
Just sitting here watching my package ship back and forth from Independence Ky and Olive Branch MS. Amazing how much fuel would be saved it they would just deliver it or pull it off the truck and stick it in the USPS so they could deliver it. I expect by 7pm tonight it will be back on its way to Olive Branch MS again.
This has to be the most unorganized business I have ever delt with. I call the 1800 go FedEx to check on my deliver. They tell me it can't be delivered because of address. I asked them if I could pick it up. I was told I could pick up the delivery provided I show tracking # and photo id. I drive 30 minutes one way only to discover that I can't pick it up. The person at the location verifies my address and tells me it will be delivered next day. It got delivered alright to the wrong address. I call 1800gofedex to let them know about this and still can't get any rectification. I guess the old saying is true, "you can't fix stupid". This is the problem with big business and corporate America you can't get things done in a professional competent manner any more. This is a sad day for America. The attitudes of people towards there fellow man sure has changed over the years and it is not for the good.
This place is a JOKE! They only care about getting their numbers, regardless of the way the packages are handled. I've seen workers throw and slam boxes constantly! They don't care about your package or their employees. No wonder the morale is 0 and the turnover rate is ridiculously high!! I will NEVER ship through FedEx.
Probably the WORST service ever. In the delivery record, it clearly said leave package on the front porch by the front door----it's 150 feet from the road. Driver said, "Not home". Call to FedEx says it's in the Driver's discretion-----then why don't they tell you that when you tell them to leave the package and rely on that. On top of it, FexEx says they can't tell where the driver is because it's a contractor and they don't have that info. They can give out the delivery center address on Toebben Drive but the phone number is private. Give me a break!
