weights, treadmills, elipticals, great sound system and HD TV. Be sure to check out the 2 hugh Sailfish mounted on the walls. You will not be disappointed with the atmosphere or the management and the location is ideal, right off Rt. 16 Taylor Mill & Cox road.
NOT AT BODYSHAPE. Weights are always picked up, never seen a tear in a workout bench cover, and all machines have had 100% up time every time i've been in.
The large chain club (formerly named after a precious metal) and another locally owned set of clubs (one with a nice waterpark) have ALWAYS had problems keeping their equipment up and running.

I own and run a personal training business, based in northern Ky, that trains clients in several gyms/training studios. Body Shape gym is by far the most enjoyable and productive atmosphere that i have found. Many of my clients travel quite a ways to train here with my company. The cleanliness and quality of the gym is second to none. It is spaceous with high end equipment. hours are pretty open. 7am-9pm weekdays. all around a great place to get in shape without all the fluff of the large corporate gyms. If I had my choice i would train all my clients(with the exception of cyclists which i would send to Fusion Studio in newport) around nky here.
This gym has been open for years and I have to say that I've not once come into the facility and found ANYTHING out of sorts. I can't say this about many other gyms and clubs we've belonged to.
