Brand new house 12 months old. LENNOX System = Junk.... they have been here for a non working heat pump 10 times now and still no resolve. Techs are good product is terrible...
Good place to deliver to. Folks are great, and a decent unload time. They jump right on it, but there are usually a lot of product, so it takes them a little while. It will be a little tight, for a 53’ trailer, but I come here with a 40’, so no problem.
The worst customer experience with any business I've ever dealt with. The man who inspected my AC (which was only a month old) was incredibly rude, spoke to me in a demeaning manner, and was not thorough at all. He completely left without telling me what was wrong with the air conditioner. So I had to call 3 different people at Del Monde to get a record of what the guy did. They emailed me "Tightened fittings. Added 4lbs Puron. Recharged system. Checked for leaks." Never confirmed the presence of a leak (which is very clear if they had to add 4lbs of Puron to a system that is only a month old AND already had a leak "fixed" shortly after they installed it). Left 5 voicemails for the manager, never one response. My warranty dept for my new home even tried to contact the manager and still got nowhere with them. Still in the process of getting an answer and getting someone back out to fix the leak. Not looking like I'm going to make any progress. Word of caution: NEVER use Del Monde for your heating/cooling service needs.
